Definitions of Words and Terms Capitalized words used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement or they shall have the following meanings:
Common Terms In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Common Terms and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail, subject always to compliance with clause 10 (Non-Petition and Limited Recourse) of the Common Terms.

PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT 6.1 The Customer shall pay the Price in accordance with the Terms of Payment.
Payment and Terms Monthly payments for services in the amount of $7,000 shall be paid by the 1st of the month for that service month, on a monthly basis by the City of Xxxxxxxx. Terms of Reference The SSEC shall update, not later than January 31, 2023, the terms of reference for the committee. If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC). Funding: Commencing July 1, 2022, there will be $50,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above. Commencing July 1, 2024, there will be an additional $1,000,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above.
