CloudForms 기반 솔루션. CloudForms 서브스크립션은 또한 소프트웨어가 CloudForms 서브스크립션과 함께 제공된 CloudForms 모듈이 관리하는 가상 게스트와 함께 함께 사용되는 경우 이러한 소프트웨어 서브스크립션(예: Red Hat Enterprise Linux)과 함께 구매가 가능하다(“CloudForms 솔루션”). CloudForms 서브스크립션과 번들로 제공된 추가의 소프트웨어 서브스크립션에는 증거문서 1.A에 포함된 계약 조건에 추가로 다음과 같은 사항이 적용된다. 사내 또는 CloudForms 파트너사에 배치한 가상 게스트별로 하나의 단위로 계산한다. CloudForms 솔루션에 제공된 소프트웨어 서브스크립션은 CloudForms 파트너사는 물론 사내에 호스팅된 가상 게스트와 함께 사용 가능하다. 소프트웨어 서브스크립션을 CloudForms 파트너사에 호스팅된 가상 게스트로 배치하는 경우, 증거문서 1.H에 명시한 계약 조건이 배치 시 적용된다. CloudForms 파트너사와 계약을 체결한 경우, 해당하는 계약이 파트너사와 고객과의 관계에 적용되며, Red Hat은 고객이 파트너사의 어떠한 제품을 사용한 경우에 대한 책임을 지지 않는다. 한 개의 클라우드 내에서 실행되는 가상 게스트와 관련해 동일한 유형의 CloudForms 소프트웨어 서브스크립션을 구매해야 한다. 예를 들어, 한 개의 클라우드에서 100개의 가상 게스트를 가지고 있는 경우, CloudForms Hybrid IaaS 솔루션 서브스크립션을 10개(10팩) 구매하거나 가상화 번들을 포함하는 Red Hat 클라우드를 10개(10팩) 주문할 수 있으나, 가상 게스트가 동일한 클라우드 안에 있으므로 솔루션 서브스크립션과 클라우드를 각각 5개씩 혼합해서 주문할 수는 없다.

  • Forms Generally The Securities of each series shall be in substantially the form set forth in this Article, or in such other form as shall be established by or pursuant to a Board Resolution or in one or more indentures supplemental hereto, in each case with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions and other variations as are required or permitted by this Indenture, and may have such letters, numbers or other marks of identification and such legends or endorsements placed thereon as may be required to comply with the rules of any securities exchange or Depositary therefor or as may, consistently herewith, be determined by the officers executing such Securities, as evidenced by their execution thereof. The Growth PRIDES Certificates (including the form of Purchase Contracts forming part of the Growth PRIDES evidenced thereby) shall be in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B hereto, with such letters, numbers or other marks of identification or designation and such legends or endorsements printed, lithographed or engraved thereon as may be required by the rules of any securities exchange on which the Growth PRIDES may be listed or any depositary therefor, or as may, consistently herewith, be determined by the officers of the Company executing such Growth PRIDES Certificates, as evidenced by their execution of the Growth PRIDES Certificates.   • ONA Staff Leave For an employee with at least two (2) years full-time or equivalent service (e.g. 3,000 hours of part-time RN service), upon application in writing by the Union to the Employer, an unpaid leave of absence may be granted to such employee selected for a secondment or a temporary staff position with the Ontario Nurses' Association. Such leave shall not be unreasonably denied or extended beyond twelve (12) months. Notwithstanding Article 11.10, there shall be no loss of service or seniority for an employee during such leave of absence. It is understood that during such leave the employee shall be deemed to be an employee of the Ontario Nurses' Association. The employee agrees to notify the Employer of her or his intention to return to work at least ten (10) weeks prior to the date of such return. The employee shall be reinstated to her or his former position, unless that position has been discontinued, in which case the employee shall be given a comparable job. During such leaves of absence all salary, statutory benefits, pension, vacation and benefits will be kept whole by the Employer and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for such salary and Employer contributions to benefits unless the Union decides to take sole responsibility for these employee obligations.
