Supported Use Cases Subscription Services are provided for Red Hat Satellite Server, Red Hat Satellite Capsule and Red Hat Satellite Proxy Management Subscriptions only when used for their supported purposes (“Use Case”) in accordance with the terms of this Exhibit and Table 2 below.
Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

Shared Use During the time that non- expendable personal property is held for use on the project or program for which it was acquired, the Grantee shall make it avail- able for use on other projects or programs if such other use will not interfere with the work on the project or program for which the property was originally acquired. First preference for such other use shall be given to other projects or programs sponsored by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354; second preference shall be given to projects or programs sponsored by other Federal agencies. If the property is owned by the Federal Government, use on other activi- ties not sponsored by the Federal Govern- ment shall be permissible if authorized by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354. User charges should be consid- ered if appropriate.
Approved User A user approved by the relevant Data Access Committee(s) to access one or more datasets for a specified period of time and only for the purposes outlined in the Principal Investigator (PI)’s approved Research Use Statement. The Information Technology (IT) Director indicated on the Data Access Request, as well as any staff members and trainees under the direct supervision of the PI are also Approved Users and must abide by the terms laid out in the Data Use Certification Agreement.
Restricted Uses Without limiting the unsupported or prohibited use cases identified in the Stripe Identity Permitted Businesses list, you must not, and must not enable or allow any other party to:
Restricted Use 5.1 Recipient shall maintain and use Material in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and rules. Material may only be used for internal academic non-profit research. In no circumstances shall Material be used (i) in or for clinical trials; (ii) for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes involving human subjects or animals; (iii) for prophylactic use; or (iv) for production. Recipient shall be solely liable for any modifications to any Product that it makes, directs or permits, including but not limited to any potential infringement upon third-party intellectual property rights. Software Use Case Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Supported on physical hardware solely to support virtual quests. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is designed to run and manage virtual instances and does not support user-space applications. Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization may be used as a virtual desktop infrastructure solution, however, the Subscription does not come with any software or support for the desktop operating system. You must purchase the operating system for each instance of a desktop or server separately.
Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”). Each Order Form and each Order, upon execution by both parties, shall form a part of this Agreement, and shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof. An Order may take the form of a supplementary document signed by each party or acknowledged by each party electronically (whether by facsimile transmission, email or by other similar reliable means evidencing the intent of the parties). Each Order shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall be incorporated herein by reference. A Subscription is limited to use by one individual user and may not be transferred to another user.
Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses").
