Common use of Club Dues Clause in Contracts

Club Dues. During the Employment Period, Employer will reimburse Employee for the cost of joining and remaining a member of a country club reasonably acceptable to Employer, excluding personal charges at such country club, and for the dues and fees for the Saint Louis Club.

During the Employment Period, Employer will reimburse Employee for the cost of joining and remaining a member of a country club reasonably acceptable to Employer, excluding personal charges at such country club, and for the dues and fees for the Saint Louis Club, including an amount sufficient to cover the effect of federal, state and local income taxes incurred on such reimbursements, taking into account the highest marginal tax rate in effect at the time of such reimbursements.
