Common use of Club Membership Dues Clause in Contracts

Club Membership Dues. Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until the Date of Termination, the Executive shall receive an amount per month equal to the monthly membership dues (i.e., the regular membership fee, and not incidental or ancillary charges such as food, beverages, rentals, coaching, training, supplies, therapy, spa, etc.) which the Executive pays for one club or organization of Executive's choice.
