Club Dues. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for the monthly membership dues actually incurred by the Executive for one fitness or country club membership maintained by the Executive; provided that the payable or reimbursable amount shall not exceed $700 per month or such additional amount as may be subsequently approved by the Board or a committee thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, except as specifically provided for above, the Company shall not pay or reimburse the Executive for any other expenses associated with such club membership (including, but not limited to, any initiation fees and personal expenditures at such club).
Club Dues. The Company shall pay executive’s membership dues to the El Paso Country Club or such other comparable country club as the Company and Executive agree.
Club Dues. Executive shall be entitled to reimbursement by the Company for monthly dues payable to a country club or similar club of Executive's choosing.

The Bank shall reimburse Executive or pay for the cost of an individual membership at a country club determined by the Bank in its discretion for use by Executive, including all membership bonds or surety, initiation or membership fees, annual dues, capital assessments and all business-related expenses incurred at such club. Executive shall not be entitled to a tax gross-up for reimbursements or payments under this Section 5(g).
Club Dues. The Company shall pay all membership dues owed to clubs (as selected by the Employee), not to exceed $2,000 per year.
Club Dues. For general business purposes (and not as compensation to the Executive ), the Bank shall pay the Executive's periodic dues for membership in various civic clubs and other organizations as approved by the Committee.
Club Dues. The Employer shall pay or cause to be paid the Executive’s initiation and membership assessments and dues in civic and social clubs of the Executive’s choice. The Executive shall be solely responsible for personal expenses for use of the civic and clubs.
Club Dues. The Company shall pay the annual membership dues for Employee to maintain a membership in a private country club in accordance with Company policy as in effect from time to time, and exclusive of any initiation fee therefore.
Club Dues. During the Employment Period, Employer will reimburse Employee for the cost of joining and remaining a member of a country club reasonably acceptable to Employer, excluding personal charges at such country club, and for the dues and fees for the Saint Louis Club.
Club Dues. In addition to any other compensation provided for under this Agreement, the Holding Company shall pay, or cause the Bank to pay, Executive an amount sufficient, on an after-tax basis, to maintain his membership at a country club of Executive's choice.
