Common use of CMR’s Construction Services Fee Clause in Contracts

CMR’s Construction Services Fee. The CMR’s Construction Services Fee for the Construction Services on the Projects shall be computed based upon _____% of the Cost of Work actually incurred by CMR in the performance of the Work.
