Common use of CO-ALLOTTEE/S Clause in Contracts

CO-ALLOTTEE/S. according to the context shall mean all the buyers and/or Allottee/s and the joint holder, who for the time being have either completed the purchase of any Unit or have agreed to purchase any Unit and have taken possession of such Unit and for all unsold Units, possession whereof not having been parted with by the Promoter/Vendor.
