Co-Lender Agency Services. Solely with respect to a Bilateral Facility, in connection with or following an Elevation under the Participation Agreement, the Servicer, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Co-Lender Agreement (the “Co-Lender Agreement Administrative Agent”), shall comply with its obligations under the Co-Lender Agreement, including the performance of the customary function of an administrative agent with respect to the Credit Agreement, in each case, under the standard of care set forth therein.
