Common use of Code and Regulatory Compliance Clause in Contracts

Code and Regulatory Compliance. (1) The MEP & FP Engineer shall be responsible for all research, documentation and filings for approvals required of regulatory agencies for the assigned Projects. Typical regulatory agency approvals required for the assigned Projects may include, but may not be limited to, the following: (a) City of Philadelphia Water Department; (b) City of Philadelphia Streets Department; (c) City of Philadelphia Art Commission; (d) City of Philadelphia Historic Commission; (e) City of Philadelphia Planning Commission; (f) City of Philadelphia Zoning Commission; (g) City of Philadelphia Health Department; (h) City of Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections; (i) City of Philadelphia Fire Department;
