Common use of Code of Standards of Conduct Clause in Contracts

Code of Standards of Conduct. It will establish a written Code of Standards of Conduct to prohibit any of its officers, employees, and agents from using his/her position in any manner or matter, which would have the purpose or effect of a conflict of interest, real or apparent. in order to properly implement this provision, it will fully comply with the requirements of24 CFR, Part 85.36.
