Coffee Break. Employers will not object to an Employee employee taking a coffee break in the morning if such break does not cause loss of work time in excess of ten (10)) minutes. When ten (10) or more hours are worked in a day, a second ten (10) minute break will be given. The second ten (10) minute coffee break shall be taken as near as possible to mid-shift or at a time mutually agreed upon by the affected employees.
