Collaboration Days. 6.17.1 There shall be twenty-one (21) collaboration days in each school year as set forth below.

Collaboration Days. Collaboration days are provided for building staff to work together to address building and district goals. Half of the day will be principal/building directed and half will be teacher directed. Revised: 04/16; Revised: 03/17 Revised: 05/18
Collaboration Days. Employees may, with administrative approval, use collaboration time, when necessary, to meet for the purpose of training, reviewing procedures, and efficiency in running the building offices.

Collaboration is defined as people working interdependently toward a common goal for which they are mutually accountable for achieving. Decisions are arrived at utilizing the school’s decision-making model. Subject to the same leave policies as would apply to a regular teacher day.
