Agent Fees Borrowers shall pay to Agent, for the account of Agent, as and when due and payable under the terms of the Fee Letter, the fees set forth in the Fee Letter.

Escrow Agent Fees Escrow Administration Fee: $100.00 for each break letter after the first four $750.00 escrow account fee The fees quoted in this schedule apply to services ordinarily rendered in the administration of an Escrow Account and are subject to reasonable adjustment based on final review of documents, or when the Escrow Agent is called upon to undertake unusual duties or responsibilities, or as changes in law, procedures, or the cost of doing business demand. Services in addition to and not contemplated in this Escrow Agreement, including, but not limited to, document amendments and revisions, non-standard cash and/or investment transactions, calculations, notices and reports, and legal fees, will be billed as extraordinary expenses. Extraordinary fees are payable to the Escrow Agent for duties or responsibilities not expected to be incurred at the outset of the transaction, not routine or customary, and not incurred in the ordinary course of business. Payment of extraordinary fees is appropriate where particular inquiries, events or developments are unexpected, even if the possibility of such things could have been identified at the inception of the transaction. Unless otherwise indicated, the above fees relate to the establishment of one escrow account. Additional sub-accounts governed by the same Escrow Agreement may incur an additional charge. Transaction costs include charges for wire transfers, internal transfers and securities transactions.
Administrative Agent Fees The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Administrative Agent Fee The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the fees set forth in the Agency Fee Letter and such other fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Servicer Fee The Servicer, including any successor Servicer, shall be entitled to payment of the Servicing Fee as defined herein, which shall be payable in accordance with Section 5.08(a) hereof. In no event shall the Indenture Trustee or the Trust Collateral Agent be responsible for the Servicing Fee or for any differential between the Servicing Fee and the amount necessary to induce a successor Servicer to assume the obligations of Servicer hereunder.
Duties of Collection Agent (a) The Collection Agent shall take or cause to be taken all such actions as may be necessary or advisable to collect each Transferred Receivable from time to time, all in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, with reasonable care and diligence, and in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy. The Purchaser hereby appoints the Collection Agent, from time to time designated pursuant to Section 6.01, as agent to enforce its ownership and other rights in the Transferred Receivables, the Related Security and the Collections with respect thereto. In performing its duties as Collection Agent, the Collection Agent shall exercise the same care and apply the same policies as it would exercise and apply if it owned the Transferred Receivables and shall act in the best interests of the Purchaser and its assignees. (b) On the 15th day of each month (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day), the Collection Agent shall prepare and forward to the Purchaser a Seller Report relating to the Receivables outstanding on the last day of the immediately preceding month. (c) If no Event of Termination or Incipient Event of Termination shall have occurred and be continuing, IR Company, while it is the Collection Agent, may, in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy, extend the maturity or adjust the Outstanding Balance of any Transferred Receivable as IR Company deems appropriate to maximize Collections thereof, or otherwise amend or modify other terms of any Transferred Receivable. (d) The Seller shall deliver to the Collection Agent, and the Collection Agent shall hold in trust for the Seller and the Purchaser in accordance with their respective interests, all documents, instruments and records (including, without limitation, computer tapes or disks) which evidence or relate to Transferred Receivables. (e) The Collection Agent shall as soon as practicable following receipt turn over to the Seller any cash collections or other cash proceeds received with respect to Receivables not constituting Transferred Receivables, less, in the event the Seller is not the Collection Agent, all reasonable and appropriate out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Collection Agent of servicing, collecting and administering the Receivables to the extent not covered by the Collection Agent Fee received by it. (f) The Collection Agent also shall perform the other obligations of the “Collection Agent” set forth in this Agreement with respect to the Transferred Receivables.
Agent's Fee The Borrower shall pay to the Agent for its own account fees in the amounts and at the times previously agreed upon between the Borrower and the Agent.
Yield Supplement Account On the Closing Date, the Seller will deposit the Yield Supplement Account Deposit to the Yield Supplement Account from the net proceeds of the sale of the Notes. The Yield Supplement Account shall be the property of the Issuer subject to the rights of the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Securityholders.
Master Servicing Fee Rate The rate used to calculate the Master Servicing Fee for each Mortgage Loan is 0.017% per annum.
