Collection Costs; Attorney’s Fees. In the case of an Event of Default, if this Note is turned over to an attorney for collection, the Debtor agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses and all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Holder in connection with such collection efforts.
