Collection of Checks. a. The Customer shall be provided with an official receipt for all deposits made to the Customer’s Account (In case of Checks deposited) and no deposits or withdrawals of any checks shall be made from the Customer’s Account unless they are made by the Customer himself or the authorized delegate. Meanwhile, All checks issued for the Customer shall be nominal checks & the customer can transfer money to his account with the company. b. Checks withdrawn against any third party are not acceptable.
