Common use of Collection of Increases in Fixed Rent Clause in Contracts

Collection of Increases in Fixed Rent. The obligations of Owner and Tenant under the provisions of this Article with respect to any increase in the Fixed Rent, or any credit to which Tenant may be entitled, shall survive the expiration or any sooner termination of the Demised Term. All sums payable by Tenant under this Article shall be collectible by Owner in the same manner as Fixed Rent.
