Common use of COLLECTION OF SERVICE FEES Clause in Contracts

COLLECTION OF SERVICE FEES. The City will lawfully collect the annual BID service fee(s) from those obligated to pay such fee(s) and who fail or refuse to do so; provided, however, the City reserves the right to exercise good business judgment to determine whether an obligation is or is not collectable. The City will make reasonable effort to collect delinquent fees in a timely fashion. Upon request, the Contractor will assist the City with its collection efforts.
