Other Events and Activities. A. In addition to the specific events identified above in this Contract, the Parties acknowledge that Contractor may produce and promote other events open to the public in the Downtown Business Improvement District. These other events may be additional Civic Promotion Events (per Section II.A.), or may be other events and activities produced and promoted by Contractor outside of its obligations under this Contract (“Other Events”). With respect to these Other Events:
Other Events and Activities. There will be several other events and activities which cheerleaders will be expected and required to participate in and help with. This includes fundraising (as we only have a certain budget we get from the school each year, the rest of the money is up to us to get), school activity days like Serendipity’s Lake Fest (along with many others), helping out with tabling at Spring into Xxxxxxxx’s Activity Fair, etc. The cheer captains will let you know in advance when these events will be held and times that you as cheerleaders will be expected to show up. Team bonding activities will occur periodically throughout the season. These are not yet determined activities, and therefore will be discussed between captains and at practices. These are expected to be attended, as it’s extremely important that the team grows close together and learn to trust each other in order to be able to work together well and trust each other well when it comes to stunting and working in unison at practices and games. As well, captains will periodically schedule and hold casual one-on-one meetings with team members. This is just to catch up, let captains know if they are meeting the team’s expectations, let team members know if they’re individually meeting the captains’ expectations, and make sure we’re all on the same page.
Other Events and Activities. The term “Other Events and Activities” as used in this Agreement will mean all other operations conducted by Spectacle at the Facility other than City events and activities.
