License to use Subscription Services. During the Initial Term and any subsequent Renewal Term, Customer shall have a limited non-exclusive license to use Subscription Services on as many workstations as specified in the Statement of Work for Customer’s own internal business purposes in accordance with Service Provider’s licensing terms, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit C. Unless expressly authorized by Service Provider in writing, Customer shall not reproduce, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise misappropriate Subscription Services for any reason.
License to use Subscription Services. Per the terms of this Agreement, Xxxx Group, Inc. grants to you a license to use the Subscription Services.
