ASSISTANCE IN THE COLLECTION OF TAXES 1. The Contracting States shall lend assistance to each other in the collection of revenue claims. This assistance is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2. This coverage is additional insurance. No deductible applies to this coverage.

Responsibilities of the City The City’s Contract Manager will be responsible for exercising general oversight of the Contractor’s activities in completing the Scope of Work. Specifically, the Contract Manager will represent the City’s interests in resolving day-to-day issues that may arise during the term of this Contract, shall participate regularly in conference calls or meetings for status reporting, shall promptly review any written reports submitted by the Contractor, and shall approve all invoices for payment, as appropriate. The City’s Contract Manager shall give the Contractor timely feedback on the acceptability of progress and task reports.

OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.
