Collection of Trust Funds and Fees. (I) The trust funds provided by the Settlor shall be denominated in the currency specified for the investment product or agreed to by the Trustee. In addition, the return of the trust principal and profits shall be denominated in the same currency as the trust funds provided or shall be denominated in the currency designated by the Trustee, unless otherwise provided by laws/regulations.
