Collective Agreement and official languages. The costs of printing and translating the Agreement shall be paid entirely by the Company. The English and French language versions of this Collective Agreement are both official. In the event the two versions of the Agreement are at variance, the version thereof that corresponds to the language in which it was negotiated will prevail. All Company instructions addressed to a Cabin Attendant shall be in the official language of the Cabin Attendant’s choice. Other written communications addressed to a Cabin Attendant may be written in either official language. Should the language in which a communication is written prevent a Cabin Attendant from clearly understanding it, the Company shall provide the necessary clarification (s).
