Collective Bargaining Released Time. The University will provide an additional one
(1) units of released time during the semester prior to expiration of this contract for a bargaining team representing UFF for the purposes of engaging in collective bargaining of the next contract. No individual may receive more than 1 unit of released time per semester pursuant to this section (I).

Collective Bargaining Released Time. The Board will provide released time for a bargaining team representing the UFF for the purposes of engaging in collective bargaining upon the expiration of the contract. Released time will be provided to no more than four (4) members. Collective bargaining released time will be provided during the Spring 2015 semester. Released time will consist of four (4) units as defined in Section 3.4(a). A designated ▇▇▇▇ employee may be released for collective bargaining negotiation sessions, with at least two days prior administrative approval. The UFF shall provide the Board with a list of team members no later than May 15, 2014. Changes to the collective bargaining team members list may be made upon written notification submitted by the UFF to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ no later than September 1, 2014. Upon the failure of the UFF to provide the Board with a list of designees by the specified deadlines, the Board may refuse to honor any of the requests which were submitted late.

No individual may receive more than one (1) unit of released time per semester pursuant to this section (3.4.I). It shall be the responsibility of the UFF-FGCU to make the request for such release at least three (3) months prior to the start date for such bargaining. Upon the failure of the UFF-FGCU to provide a list of designees by the specified deadlines, the University may refuse to honor any of the released time requests under this subsection which are submitted late.
