Common use of Collective Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Collective Bargaining Unit. The Employer agrees that during the life of this Agreement it will not recognize any organization other than the Union as the collective bargaining agent for the employees occupying, or who may, during the life of this Agreement, occupy, any of the job classifications set forth in Appendix "A", attached hereto.
