College Right to Maintain or Improve Services. A. Except as expressly limited by this Agreement, the College shall have the right to conduct and maintain West Shore’s services and operations as in the past and prior to execution of this Agreement with the Association, but shall also have the right to study and use such improved methods and techniques for the providing of service and instruction as the College may determine to be appropriate for the advancement of West Shore Community College.
