Common use of Collegial Behaviour Clause in Contracts

Collegial Behaviour. 6.3.1 The Parties agree that in performing their professional responsibilities, faculty and academic staff must demonstrate Collegial Behaviour at all times when dealing with academic and administrative colleagues, students, and other members of the University community. “Collegial Behaviour” includes treating others with dignity, respect, fairness, equality and integrity, and maintaining confidentiality when required. Faculty and academic staff shall not criticize colleagues to students, encourage or solicit criticisms of colleagues from students, or discuss professional or personal grievances with students.
