Collocation of County Network Users. The County shall not be restricted by the terms of this Agreement from granting or renewing the contractual rights of any third party for use of the Available Fiber, other than the Licensed Fibers. The Licensee acknowledges that its right to use the Interconnection Points is not exclusive, and the Interconnection Points may be shared with other users. The Licensee shall cooperate with third-party users of the County Network to the full extent of standards set by the Codes and common practices applied by the telecommunications industry in Virginia.

Collocation of County Network Users. The County shall not be restricted by the terms of this Agreement from granting or renewing the contractual rights of any third party for use of any portion of the County Network, other than the IRU Fibers, the Leased Conduit, the exclusive-use Spurs, the Maintenance Conduit, and the Maintenance Spurs. The Grantee acknowledges that its right to use the Handholes is not exclusive, and the Handholes may be shared with the County and third-party users. The Grantee shall cooperate with third-party users of the County Network to the full extent of standards set by the Codes and common practices applied by the telecommunications industry in Virginia.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements.   • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • Out-of-Network Services We Cover the services of Non-Participating Providers. See the Schedule of Benefits section of this Contract for the Non-Participating Provider services that are Covered. In any case where benefits are limited to a certain number of days or visits, such limits apply in the aggregate to in-network and out-of-network services.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
