Colorado Law Governs. This Master Lease will be interpreted and construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. The forum for any proceeding or suit related to this Master Lease shall be either the federal court located in Denver, Colorado or the state courts located in Garfield County, Colorado and the Parties consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Colorado Law Governs. All terms of this Settlement and the exhibits hereto will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Colorado.
Colorado Law Governs. The Parties expressly acknowledge that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms in any Colorado or Federal Court having jurisdiction. Each Party, by and through counsel, participated in the preparation of this Agreement, and no rules of construction or interpretation based upon which party drafted any portion of the Agreement shall be applicable or invoked.

Any claim relating to this Agreement or breach thereof may only be brought exclusively in the Courts of the 20th Judicial District of the State of Colorado and the applicable Colorado Appellate Courts.
Colorado Law Governs. This Lease has been executed and delivered in the State of Colorado and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
