Colorado Region Rehires. A. For purposes of this Section, former employees of Xxxxxx Foundation Health Plan of Colorado with at least one (1) year of service as a regular employee at the time of resignation, who are rehired by the Employer shall, upon attainment of regular status, be eligible for service credit restoration, provided the break in service did not exceed twelve (12) months.
