Combination Service. A. Engineers and Conductors performing more than one class of road service in a day or trip will be paid for the entire service at the highest rate applicable to any class of service performed. The overtime basis for the rate paid will apply for the entire trip. B. When an Engine Service Brakeman is instructed by an appropriate officer of the company to perform service as a locomotive engineer during a continuous tour of duty in road service, they will be paid for the entire tour of duty at the rate of pay of the locomotive engineer. C. When a trainman is engaged during a trip or day's work partly as a conductor and partly as a brakeman or baggageman, they will be paid for the entire service at the rate of pay of the highest rated occupation in which they was engaged.
