Combined Appointments. No GSI shall be assigned more than one course per appointment term unless by mutual consent. While GSIs may take on multiple appointments in a given term, each appointment’s application must be posted separately and the GSI must be presented with two distinct fraction calculation sheets. No appointment offer shall be contingent upon accepting another appointment offer. In one or both of the following circumstances, the above language would not apply: 1. When all courses are within the same department or have the same instructor, or; 2. When one or more of the courses are Private Studio Instruction.
