Common use of Combined Leave Total Clause in Contracts

Combined Leave Total. During the single 12-month period described in the preceding section, an eligible employee and spouse who both work for the Sheriffshall be entitled to a combined total of 26 work weeks of leave for the birth or placement of a child, for the personal illness of the employee, for a family illness or to care for the covered service member.
