Combining Small Change Orders. The Owner may, with the Contractor’s concurrence, elect to postpone the issuance of a Change Order until such time that a single Change Order of substantial importance can be issued incorporating several changes. In such cases, the Owner will indicate this intent for each change in the Contract in a written notice to the Contractor, following agreement by the Owner and Contractor on the scope, price and time, if any, of the change.
