Combustibles. Use of briquettes, butane, gasoline or gas burning stoves or barbeques within the apartment is prohibited. Highly combustible or explosive materials (such as fireworks, laboratory chemicals, gunpowder, paints and paint thinners, etc.) cannot be used or stored in the apartment or on the premises. All items, including furniture, must be placed at least six (6) inches from wall heaters. Portable heaters and multi-plug electrical adapters are prohibited.
