The Combustibles clause defines the rules and restrictions regarding the storage, use, and handling of flammable or combustible materials within a property or during a project. Typically, it outlines which substances are considered combustible, sets limits on quantities, and may require specific safety measures such as proper containers or designated storage areas. This clause is essential for minimizing fire hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reducing the risk of property damage or personal injury.
Combustibles. Use of briquettes, butane, gasoline or gas burning stoves or barbeques within the apartment is prohibited. Highly combustible or explosive materials (such as fireworks, laboratory chemicals, gunpowder, paints and paint thinners, etc.) cannot be used or stored in the apartment or on the premises. All items, including furniture, must be placed at least six (6) inches from wall heaters. Portable heaters and multi-plug electrical adapters are prohibited.
Combustibles. Oil, gas, or gasoline engines may not be operated at any time. Exhibitor shall abide by all municipal and state fire laws and regulations and shall not keep inflammable or combustible liquids or materials in, on, or around booth. Additionally, all table covers and display materials used and brought to the show by exhibitor must meet or exceed the local fire retardant regulations.
