COMMENCEMENT AND CESSATION. ‌ M6.1 An incident is defined as an unplanned fire (wildfire) requiring the attendance of an authorised employee or appliance, where that employee or appliance has been directed to attend by a suitably authorised ACT PCS member or the ACT Rural Fire Service (RFS).

  • Commencement and Termination 10.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the date hereof and shall continue in force until terminated in accordance with the provisions herein.
