Commencement and Completion Deadline for Private Improvements. The Redeveloper shall use its best efforts to commence construction of the Private Improvements within one hundred and eighty (180) days following Redeveloper’s submission of satisfactory documentation under Section 102 above that the Redeveloper has acquired the Redeveloper Property and entered into a construction contract for construction of the Private Improvements and shall use its best efforts to substantially complete the Private Improvements by December 31, 2015.
