Approval Limitation Clause Samples
An Approval Limitation clause restricts the authority of certain parties to give approvals or consents under a contract. Typically, it specifies which individuals or roles are authorized to approve actions, expenditures, or changes, and may set thresholds or require written confirmation for approvals to be valid. This clause helps prevent unauthorized commitments and ensures that only designated representatives can bind the parties, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and maintaining clear lines of responsibility.
