Common use of COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF SERVICES Clause in Contracts

COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF SERVICES. This Agreement shall commence as of 1/1/2016 and shall be in full force and effect through 12/31/2018, unless terminated earlier or extended by Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Contractor agrees to commence and perform the Services in accordance with the requests of Company Representative identified herein. The nature of the Services is such that timely performance is critical to the orderly progress of related work and to the operating schedule of Company.

COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION OF SERVICES. This Agreement shall commence as of 1/1/2016 June 15, 2005 and shall be in full force and effect through 12/31/2018, unless terminated earlier or extended by Company so long as the Demand Agreement remains in accordance with effect (the terms of this Agreement“Term”). Contractor agrees to commence and perform the Services in accordance with the requests of Company Representative identified hereinRepresentative. The nature of the Services is such that timely performance is critical to the orderly progress of related work and to the operating schedule of Company.

This Agreement shall commence as of 1/1/2016 5/24/2006 and shall be in full force and effect through 12/31/20186/30/2009, unless terminated earlier or extended by Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided, however that all Work must be completed by no later than December 31, 2008. Contractor agrees to commence and perform the Services Work in accordance with the requests of Company Representative identified herein. The nature of the Services Work is such that timely performance is critical to the orderly progress of related work and to the operating schedule of Company.
