COMMENCEMENT DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 3.1 This Agreement will commence operation seven (7) days after it is approved by the FWC and will have a nominal expiry date of 31 December 2019. 3.2 Employees to whom this Agreement applies will receive: (a) Salary increases as provided for in clause 26, with the first increase payable with effect from 1 January 2016; and (b) Increases to allowances, with the first increase payable with effect from 1 January 2016.

COMMENCEMENT DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 3.1 This Agreement will commence operation from seven (7) days after it the Agreement is approved by the FWC and will have a nominal expiry date of 31 December 201930 June 2026. 3.2 Employees to whom this Agreement applies will receive: (a) Salary the pay rates and pay increases as provided for in clause 26Schedule A, with the first increase payable with effect from the first full pay period after 1 January 2016July 2023; and (b) Increases to allowances, with the first increase payable allowances with effect from the first full pay period after 1 January 2016July 2023. 3.3 Alterations to conditions of employment provided for in this Agreement will apply with effect from the commencement date of this Agreement.
