DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 3.1 This Agreement will operate from the date seven (7) days after it is approved by the FWC and shall have a nominal expiry date of 2 July 2027. By no later than 2 July 2026 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning a replacement enterprise agreement. This Agreement will continue to operate after its nominal expiry date unless it is replaced by another enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act. Note: where a date is specified for the commencement of a payment it is a reference to the first pay period on or after that date.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement will operate from the date of lodgement with the Employment Advocate and has a nominal expiry date of 31 October 2010. The parties to this Agreement will monitor its implementation.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall come into operation from the date of lodgement with the Office of the Employment Advocate and remain in force for a period of five years. This Agreement may be terminated in accordance with Part 8, Division 9 of the Act.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 2.1 This Agreement will operate from the date 7 days after it is approved by the Fair Work Commission (the “FWC”) and shall have a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2025.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement will operate from the time of signing and will remain in force until 31st October 2005 and shall continue to apply until such time as the parties reach agreement on a replacement Enterprise Agreement. It is agreed that no wage or allowance increases will be applied in the next EBA until the 1st March 2006. The parties to this Agreement will monitor its implementation and will review the effect on its expiration. The parties will commence negotiation of a new Enterprise Agreement to succeed this Agreement at least three months before the nominated expiry date with the intention of concluding negotiations prior to the nominal expiry date. The parties will conduct these negotiations on a collective basis with the negotiated outcome subject to approval of a vote of the employees concerned. The employees concerned are permitted to attend two mass meetings without pay organised by the Union so that the employees can hear reports and have input into the new Agreement. Such meetings shall only occur within 3 months of the expiry of this Agreement.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement shall commence operation from the 7th day after the agreement is approved by Fair Work Commission (FWC) and the nominal expiry date of this agreement is until 31st December 2020. The parties agree that discussions shall commence for a new Agreement no later than three months prior to the expiry date of the Agreement.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement will take effect from the first pay period following receipt of the lodgement notice from the Office of the Employment Advocate and will remain in force for a period of 12 months.
DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 5 This agreement will commence to operate on the seventh day after the date of the notice from the Fair Work Commission notifying that the agreement has been approved and its nominal expiry date will be 31 December 2025. Definitions 6 In this agreement:
