COMMENCEMENT DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 7.1. This Agreement commences operation on the day that it is lodged with the Workplace Authority. 7.2. The Agreement will nominally operate until 29 July 2010 but will remain in operation after the nominal expiry date unless it is replaced or terminated in accordance with the Act.

The Agreement will nominally operate until 29 July 2010 30 June 2009 but will remain in operation after the nominal expiry date unless it is replaced or terminated in accordance with the Act.

COMMENCEMENT DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 7.14.1. This Agreement commences operation shall operate from 1 July 2006 and shall nominally expire on the day that it is lodged with the Workplace Authority31 December 2009. 7.24.2. The This Agreement will nominally operate until 29 July 2010 but will shall remain in operation after force beyond the nominal expiry date unless it until such time as a new Agreement is replaced or terminated made, in accordance with the Actprovisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996.
