COMMENCEMENT DATE AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. 3.1 This Agreement will commence operation seven (7) days after it is approved by the FWC and will have a nominal expiry date of 30 June 2027. 3.2 Alterations to conditions of employment provided for in this Agreement will apply with effect from the commencement date of this Agreement, unless otherwise stated.

The parties agree to conditions commence discussions for a new Enterprise Agreement 6 months before the nominal date of employment provided for in expiry of this Agreement will apply with effect from the commencement date of this Agreement, unless otherwise statedsubject to Government approval.
