Common use of Commencement Date of Employment Clause in Contracts

Commencement Date of Employment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company and Employee agree that Employee shall commence performance of the duties set forth in this Agreement on July 1, 2021 (Employee’s “Start Date” in this role). With the exception of any stock option grants, this Agreement supersedes any prior agreement or offer letter regarding Employee’s employment with the Company.
