Common use of Commencement of Maintenance Charges Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Maintenance Charges. The Maintenance Charges will commence from the Date of Possession (as specified in clause 7.2 above). The allottee has to pay the Maintenance Charges for the first year in advance to PCSL at the time of taking possession of their Country Home. Thereafter, the bill for the Maintenance Charges will be raised on the allottee(s) on Quarterly basis. Maintenance of common areas would include the following;
