Except as to warranty claims, as may be applicable, any applicable statutes of limitation for acts or failures to act shall commence to run, and any alleged cause of action stemming therefrom shall be deemed to have accrued, in any and all events not later than the last date that Company or its subcontractors physically performed work on the project site.
