Commencement of variation. The variation will commence as set out below: (a) if we agree on the terms of the variation, the variation will commence on the day that the relevant Crown Direction, law change or fees increase comes into effect, or at any earlier time agreed by us; or (b) if we cannot agree on the terms of the variation before the relevant Crown Direction, law change or fees increase comes into effect, this Agreement will be deemed to be varied on the terms set out in the proposed draft of the variation referred to in subclause (1), subject to any changes that the DHB has agreed with the PHO, on the day that the relevant Crown Direction, law change or fees increase comes into effect.

  • Commencement of Agreement This Agreement shall come into force in respect of the Commonwealth and of a State when it has been signed on behalf of the Commonwealth and has been signed on behalf of the State with the authority of the Parliament of the State or, having been signed on behalf of the State without that authority, is approved by the Parliament of the State.

  • Commencement of Leave Parental leave must commence no later than the first anniversary date of the birth or adoption of the child or of the date on which the child comes into the actual care and custody of the employee. The employee will decide when his or her parental leave is to commence.

  • F3 Variation The Authority may from time to time during the Contract Period, by written notice to the Contractor, request a variation of the Contract provided that such variation does not amount to a material change to it. Such a change is hereinafter called a “Variation”.

  • WAIVER AND VARIATION No waiver or variation of this Parent Agreement shall be of any force unless such waiver or variation is agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorised representative of each of the Parties.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Construction Commencement The Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades for which it is responsible as soon as practicable after the following additional conditions are satisfied: 5.6.1 Approval of the appropriate Governmental Authority has been obtained for any facilities requiring regulatory approval; 5.6.2 Necessary real property rights and rights-of-way have been obtained, to the extent required for the construction of a discrete aspect of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades; 5.6.3 The Connecting Transmission Owner has received written authorization to proceed with construction from the Developer by the date specified in Appendix B hereto; and 5.6.4 The Developer has provided security to the Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Article 11.5 by the dates specified in Appendix B hereto.

  • Commencement of Coverage Coverage under the provisions of this article shall apply to regular full-time and regular part-time employees who work 15 regular hours or more per week and shall commence on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the completion of the employee's probationary period.
