You acknowledge that PHARMAC must comply with any Crown Direction.
PHARMAC may terminate or amend the Agreement, or impose restrictions on the prescribing or dispensing of a Pharmaceutical, at any time during the Sole Supply Period or the Hospital Supply Status Period (as applicable) or the Transition Periods, if the termination, amendment or imposition of restrictions is required to give effect to a Crown Direction.

L2.2. Unless specified otherwise in the relevant Crown Direction or as agreed by the parties, the withdrawing party shall give not less than 12 months written notice of withdrawal, clearly specifying the activities and/or shared service arrangements to which the notice relates.
