COMMENCEMENT REQUIREMENTS. 7.1.4.2 In the event the contract is not executed, the Contractor shall, at its own expense, do such work as is necessary to leave the site in a neat condition to the satisfaction of the Project Manager. The Contractor shall not be reimbursed for any work performed.
