Artist Activity Sample Clauses

Artist Activity. If the Actor is to perform an Artist-Activity, the Actor shall be rehearsed for that Artist-Activity in accordance with all of the rehearsal provisions. (See Rule 4, ARTIST- ACTIVITY.)
Artist Activity. When the Actor's workweek is defined in terms of Artist-Activity, the number of said Artist-Activity hours each day shall be specified in the performance schedule rider. (See Rule 4(D)(4).)
Artist Activity. Any Activity in which the ARTIST is requested to participate, including personal interviews, which does not result in any dancing, and which is the ARTIST’s option, and which falls outside of company paid time or would otherwise trigger Overtime/Penalty, the ARTIST will be compensated at the Hourly Rate, with the exception of non-dancing activities at Development and Volunteer Group (e.g., donor events and the like) events which shall not be paid. These optional Activities shall not appear on the company rehearsal schedule. If BI schedules, with the ARTIST’s approval, such interviews to occur on an ARTIST’s Free Day, then BI will compensate such ARTIST their base Hourly Rate for a minimum of three (3) hours. BI will compensate an ARTIST who is requested to and accepts the responsibility of doing a media take-over, a flat fee of no less than thirty-five dollars ($35) for each such request. In the event that ARTIST is working under a Modified Duty provision due to injury or inability to perform, ARTIST shall not receive additional compensation for doing the media take-over.
Artist Activity. Artist Activity shall be defined as (i) any performance, rehearsal, lecture demonstration, notes, makeup call, wigs or costume call, costume fitting, and photo call and (ii) any of the following activities if they are mandatory: media calls, fundraising or cultivation events, interviews, run-outs, tours and related travel, and employee meetings. All mandatory activities shall be timely posted on the Dancer Portal. Requests to participate in nonmandatory activities will be made, to the extent feasible, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the event or activity. The EMPLOYER shall compensate the ARTIST for any activity and/or time in which ARTIST’s participation is required.
Artist Activity. Any activity in which the Artist is required to participate and therefore shall be considered counted and compensable time; by way of example, but not limited to, any performance, rehearsal, cultivation event, lecture / demonstration, make-up, wig or costume call (other than half-hour before dress rehearsal and performance), photo call or tour travel counted from the time at which the Artist is required to be present.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.
